We need your arrival/departure dates and dwelling details locked in by Friday, August 8. What’s the rush? We create a camp map (measured down to the foot) based on when campers arrive and depart, and we can’t finish our map until we have EVERY camper’s information.

Calendar of Pre/On Playa Events 📆

ASHRAAAAAAM! We need you to take action ASAP. We’re deep in the dusty trenches of planning our most fabulous 20th Shrammiversary yet, and we need your prompt response to keep the magic rolling.

We’ve got just a few quick requests, and they must be completed by Friday, July 25 (next Friday!). These help us finalize camp layout, food prep, shift schedules, and all the juicy logistics that make the Grand Hotel run silky smooth.

What We Need from You (in order of importance):

1. Update your profile
   We need your dwelling info, dietary needs, who you’re snuggling with—tell us all, we need to know!
   
2. Submit your Shift Request Form
   Help us match you with your ideal shifts.
   
3. Sign up for Volunteer shifts
   Help make magic come alive for our guests
   
4. HELP! with fundraising effortsWe’re raising $25K to make this year extra magical. Spread the word, share it on social media, email some buddies, and donate if you can!

• Moving forward your burner profile email will be the primary ID we will use to track folks.
• Using names is confusing
• Last year (and years past) we had email mismatches between the payment system, the ashramgalacitca.com login, email communication, and the burner profile. This causes a great deal of confusion in matching records
• For those getting DGS, we need to match on burner profile emails already
• There’s other things in the works that we need to match your burner profile email, more to come
